“My marriage is not perfect” -Mercy Johnson defends Tonto Dikeh against Uche Maduagwu

Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson has come to the defence of her colleague, Tonto Dikeh by responding to the attention seeking Uche Maduagwu follow one of his controversial write-ups.

According to the self-acclaimed actor, Mercy Johnson Okojie is the definition of what a wife should be, he describes her as a good wife and mother, While dishing out these praises, he stylishly bashed Tonto Dikeh who once rejected his hand of friendship.

He said;

“You are a submissive wife and great mother Mercy Johnson Okojie, Unlike some female celebs who disrespect their husband’s mum and destroy Properties…

You have shown to us all that you can actually be successful in your chosen career, and at the same time be a responsible wife at home?”

Sometimes, we just complicate things for ourselves as women when we ignore the needful. God bless your Marriage dear, I pray for every girl looking up to God for a blissful marriage like this, before this year runs out, God will lead you to your own husband speedily as you type amen.”

Well, this wasn’t well received by Mercy Johnson who felt that no matter how free we are to share our opinions, one should still learn to curb the tongue while talking to others, especially on social media as some of these words cannot be retrieved after they’ve been said and they have a way of disturbing people psychologically.

The actress said;

“Bros, this is wrong on every level, please don’t judge anyone until u walk in their shoes as our struggles are different…no one is assured of a happily ever after but we all hope on God for sustenance.Every marriage has its challenges and not even mine is Perfect..Words do a lot so we have to be careful….I hope this changes something ….Thank you”

Hopefully this will send a message to Uche Maduagwu and social media attackers who find joy in bringing others down online.
