Kunle Afoloyan’s Omugwo and Omoni Oboli’s Okafor’s Law Sold Out In Cinemas.


Just two weeks after the movie “Omugwo” was Premiered, its already sold out in Cinemas. The movie produced by versatile movie producer, Kunle Afoloyan is making news in Cinemas.
Also on the list of movies making the headline is Omoni Oboli’s Okafor’s Law. This movie which was faced by a court injunction, that prevented it from being premiered, is presently topping the chart in Cinemas.

Omoni Oboli and star actor of the movie, Blossom Chukwujekwu, have been on a tour to Cinemas nationwide to meet and greet fans so as to promote the movie.
Its therefore evident that Nollywood has metamorphosed, as Nigerians now prefer our Nigeria Home movies and are supporting it by going to Cinemas, thereby encouraging Cinema culture.
Kudos to Omoni Oboli and Kunle Afoloyan, they are indeed doing the best at taking Nollywood to higher heights.

20-year-old lady stabs her husband to death in Anambra

A 20-year-old lady identified as Makoduchukwu Ndubisi, has been arrested by the  Anambra State  Police command after she stabbed husband to death. The  20-year-old lady who was arrested at their residence at NO. 16 Donking Street, Nsugbe, Anambra State, stabbed her husband John Bosko Ngu, on his chest with a sharp knife over a feud yet to be ascertained. Police spokesperson, Haruna Mohammed who confirmed the arrest, said the corpse of the deceased has been deposited at the morgue. He said; “At about 8am today, police detectives attached to 33 Police Station Onitsha arrested one Makoduchukwu Ndubisi , 20, of No 16 Donking Street Nsugbe in Anambra East LGA of Anambra State.
