Ten persons reportedly killed in fresh suspected herdsmen attack in Kaduna

en persons are feared dead in a renewed attack carried out by suspected herdsmen in Dangaji and Ungwan Gajere villages in Birnin Gwari Local Government Area of Kaduna state. According to reports, the attack started on Friday January 12th and lasted till yesterday Saturday January 13th.
The armed bandits stormed the communities on Friday night and opened fire on the helpless indigenes, shooting indiscriminately, and in the process killing about 10 people. He also noted that the gunmen burnt down several houses as the villagers flew into neighbouring communities for safety. The gunmen were said to have disappeared before military personnel rushed to the affected areas.

20-year-old lady stabs her husband to death in Anambra

A 20-year-old lady identified as Makoduchukwu Ndubisi, has been arrested by the  Anambra State  Police command after she stabbed husband to death. The  20-year-old lady who was arrested at their residence at NO. 16 Donking Street, Nsugbe, Anambra State, stabbed her husband John Bosko Ngu, on his chest with a sharp knife over a feud yet to be ascertained. Police spokesperson, Haruna Mohammed who confirmed the arrest, said the corpse of the deceased has been deposited at the morgue.
