Davido joins Nollywood, stars in first major movie! (Video)





In the bid to secure the bag and double the Billions in 2018, David Adeleke, aka Davido, boss of Davido Music Worldwide DMW has made his Nollywood debut!
The singer has joined the likes of Omawumi, Chidinma Ekile, Sean Tizzlee, 9ice, Banky W and many others who have made brief stints and continuous stints in the movie industry.
The new movie titled Legend At Sixty had the very success entertainer playing the role of a skilled pilot and putting his husky voice to use!

Is this just a pastime for Davido, or is acting some of his plans for the new year to make the dream of 60Billion a reality?
We really cannot wait to officially welcome Davido to the thrills and bliss of Nollywood after seeing this movie!
The movie also stars the legendary Majek Fashek.

39kg of cocaine found on plane carrying Brazil president's team

Bags filled with cocaine were discovered on a military plane travelling with the president of Brazil to the G20 summit on Tuesday, allegedly planted there by a Brazilian air force member. . . The plane was making a stopover in Seville, Spain, before heading to this week’s G20 summit in Tokyo, Japan, when the Brazilian air force officer was detained. . . The officer was “suspected of transporting narcotic substances,” the Brazilian Defence Military said in a statement to CNN, which prompted officials to search the plane. . . Spanish police said cocaine was found in suitcases. The drugs amount to approximately 39 kilograms. . . Military personnel were travelling with the president as protection. In a tweet, President Jair Bolsonaro confirmed he had been briefed on the arrest and called the incident “unacceptable.” He called for an “immediate investigation and severe punishment.”

Mother says her 8-year-old daughter was not raped by a man but sexually abused by a woman

Mother of 8-year-old Oluwatosin Abosede, has quashed claims of her daughter being dragged to a store and raped by an unknown man.  Twitter user @YemieFash relayed the information he got on the platform after his phone conversation with the mother of the girl who said her daughter was sexually abused by a woman whose whereabouts is currently unknown. It was also learnt that the police have commenced an investigation into the incident after being accused of having cold feet. He tweeted; I have been able to reach the mother of the 8year old girl that was raped in Irele, Ondo State. She said her daughter was not raped as reported earlier, she said a lady forcefully penetrated her daughter with her hand. You can listen here.
