Help! Pirates Wants To 'Kill' Me, Funke Akindele Cries Out On Jenifa’s Diary



Actress, Funke Akindele-Bello, has declared a war on those pirating the DVDs of her popular comic series, ‘Jenifa’s Diary’. __

She apologised to her fans for the rate at which the DVDs are being duplicated by crooks and assured that relevant authorities have swung into action in order to put a stop it.

_ “Due to piracy affecting the distribution and sales of Jenifas Diary DVD season 5, 6 & 7, I received some complaint from my lovely Jenifans.

_ “Upon further investigation, we discovered the pirated copies have new episodes that have not yet been released leading to contradictions with the ORIGINAL DVD we released.

_ “We humbly apologise and are currently working with the relevant authorities to combat piracy at this scale and ensure this never happens again.

_ “Thank you for your love and support. #JenifasDiary #WeWillNotGiveUp“#AlwaysBuyOriginalDVD #SayNoToPiracy#asceneoneproductions,” she wrote on the gram.

 Meanwhile, fans continue to wish safe delivery to #FunkeAkindele and her husband, JJC Skillz following reports that they are expecting twins.

20-year-old lady stabs her husband to death in Anambra

A 20-year-old lady identified as Makoduchukwu Ndubisi, has been arrested by the  Anambra State  Police command after she stabbed husband to death. The  20-year-old lady who was arrested at their residence at NO. 16 Donking Street, Nsugbe, Anambra State, stabbed her husband John Bosko Ngu, on his chest with a sharp knife over a feud yet to be ascertained. Police spokesperson, Haruna Mohammed who confirmed the arrest, said the corpse of the deceased has been deposited at the morgue.
