Banky W has shared his experience with robbers who told him to sing for them after robbing him in Lagos Island.  The singer who spoke at ‘Monday Night Live’, a programme hosted by a Gospel artiste Tim Godfrey said the incident occurred on a certain December 31 night ‘crossover’ service after he dropped off a friend.  Banky W said, “I recall that after a certain December 31 night ‘crossover’ service, I was on my way to the island after dropping a friend. On getting to where my friends were, I stopped and alighted. The next thing I felt was a slap at my face. Lo and behold, I saw four armed robbers. I opted to give them the key of my rickety car. They slapped me again, saying, ‘Who wants your car’? They told me to move to the back seat of the car while they used my car to rob others. They took my money, jewellery, phone and cap.” He further added “At one point, one of the armed robbers told the others, ‘Let us take him to Ajah and kill him.’...

A troll apologized to actress Eniola Badmus shortly after body-shaming her and the apology came because of how Eniola responded to the insult. The actress shared a lovely photo of herself in a little velvet dress and IG user @mundigeoffrey insulted her. "See as you dey shapeless like agege bread," the troll commented. Rather than call the follower out, Eniola replied with emojis of a laughing face. This caused the troll to quickly apologize. See below.

Edward Onoja, the Kogi state deputy governor has asked PDP youths to stop enslaving themselves to Ibrahim Idris and Wada family of Kogi. In a video he released, Onoja said it's time for the PDP youths to wake up and learn from APC who ressule power from older politicians.  " If you look at the APC people in Kogi government, we are all young men. Can't PDP youths think like this? Must they be slaves to the Wadas or Idris?"  The former Chief of staff to the governor added that Kogi state must not become another Kwara where political position rotates within a family.  He urged all youths in the state to vote and return Governor Yahaya Bello for another 4 year term to consolidate on his New Direction movement .
