“No marriage is worth dying for” – Omoni Oboli

Nollywood actress and producer of Wives on Strike Omoni Oboli has cried out about domestic violence and it’s effect on the society.
The actress in her outburst on instagram has said that “Although marriage is great, it is not the greatest thing and no marriage is worth dying for”
This is coming after the death of a Nigerian singer and her daughter was reported. The reports have it the the singer and her four year old daughter were killed by her Danish husband.
Omoni Oboli has advised people to run at the first hint of violence “Run for your life, don’t wait until you are dead” the actress said.

20-year-old lady stabs her husband to death in Anambra

A 20-year-old lady identified as Makoduchukwu Ndubisi, has been arrested by the  Anambra State  Police command after she stabbed husband to death. The  20-year-old lady who was arrested at their residence at NO. 16 Donking Street, Nsugbe, Anambra State, stabbed her husband John Bosko Ngu, on his chest with a sharp knife over a feud yet to be ascertained. Police spokesperson, Haruna Mohammed who confirmed the arrest, said the corpse of the deceased has been deposited at the morgue. He said; “At about 8am today, police detectives attached to 33 Police Station Onitsha arrested one Makoduchukwu Ndubisi , 20, of No 16 Donking Street Nsugbe in Anambra East LGA of Anambra State.
