March 8 is a day set aside internationally to celebrate all the women, to appreciate, respect and to show them love for all their struggles.
The day is being celebrated worldwide by women of all stature, status and colour, religious or ethnic differences not with standing!
Today is another International Women’s Day and Nigerian women are not left in the celebration.
Nollywood women have grabbed the opportunity of the day to celebrate themselves for the women they were and the women they have become.

20-year-old lady stabs her husband to death in Anambra

A 20-year-old lady identified as Makoduchukwu Ndubisi, has been arrested by the  Anambra State  Police command after she stabbed husband to death. The  20-year-old lady who was arrested at their residence at NO. 16 Donking Street, Nsugbe, Anambra State, stabbed her husband John Bosko Ngu, on his chest with a sharp knife over a feud yet to be ascertained. Police spokesperson, Haruna Mohammed who confirmed the arrest, said the corpse of the deceased has been deposited at the morgue. He said; “At about 8am today, police detectives attached to 33 Police Station Onitsha arrested one Makoduchukwu Ndubisi , 20, of No 16 Donking Street Nsugbe in Anambra East LGA of Anambra State.
